Carolina CuencaLawyer (UBA) and Master in Public Policy, specialized in foreign trade, international relations, and international cooperation. She has experience in both the private sector and public administration, having served as Director of Exports (2016–2019), General Director of International Relations and Cooperation for the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (2021–2024), and currently as National Director of External Trade Management at the Secretariat of Industry and Commerce (2024).
