The Argentina Texas Chamber of Commerce continues its A Breakfast With series — an exclusive, members-only space designed to foster strategic conversations with key public and private sector decision-makers.

In this upcoming second edition, we are pleased to host Carolina Cuenca, Argentina’s Undersecretary of Foreign Trade. Carolina will provide an in-depth look at Argentina’s current foreign trade policy, highlighting key challenges and opportunities for the private sector.

About the speaker:

Carolina Cuenca is a lawyer (UBA) and holds a Master’s in Public Policy. She specializes in foreign trade, international relations, and international cooperation. Her experience spans both the public and private sectors, including roles as Director of Exports (2016–2019), General Director of International Relations and Cooperation for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (2021–2024), and her current position at the national level.
